copy user accounts between domain using csv file

From Active Directory users and computers, I exported the user list into a CSV file. NOw I want to import them on a different domain. But I dont see a import option in Active Directory Users and Computers.
How do I simply copy user accounts (if possible passwords and groups as well) from one domain to another without setting domain trusts or anything like that.
Please advise.

There are many different methods, here are some of them:

* Using VBScript.
Take a look at the script center for more info, tools, and samples:

* Using CSVDE or LDIFDE tools.
Simply search for them in Windows Help or from the command line.
