copy structure extended and .dbt

I have a little experience in Clipper language, however
I have noted that there is the a command to 'modify
struture' of a database. Insted are used a set of commands
'create structure extended', 'append from', and so on.

My question: When I have a memo field what I do? the
memo field as we know originates a .DBT file.
