Hi, I am currently developing a Budget Database. To make my budgets as concise as possible I would like to copy all the records relating to the year preceding my budget year from my data entry table to my budget table, so I can alter these records by use of a form afterwards. For instance, when I am going to make my budget for 2003 I would like all entered data relating to 2002 to be copied into my budget table for 2003 automatically. Is there any way to do this? Regards, Paul

Hi, I think you can do it by looping through the first recordset, and use the .add method to add all the records to the other recordset. I'm quite new at this too, don't know if this helps.
