Copy Outlook 2002 Distribution list 3

Is there a way to copy, export, or send a distribution list to some one via attachment? I have a distribution list that I want to send to some one so he can have the same people I have in his address book. I wasn't sure how to do it in MS Outlook 2002. I'm greatly appreciate any help.

Create a VCard out of the distribution list, via Tools > Options > Mail Format > Signatures, create a new one and chose the option at the bottom of the edit window, to create a vcard, then choose the distribution list as the vcard.

When the recipient gets it, they double click it and it will put the list in their contact folder.

or you can open the distribution list, select Forward from the Actions menu, forward it to who you want. When they get it, all they have to do is drag it to their contacts list.
