I need to know how to copy all mail sent by a mail group to a public folder. Does anyone know how to do this?

Thanks in advance.

What do mean by mail group? Do these mails get sent to the same recipients all the time? Typically, this is accomplished with Outlook rules....

What I meant was distribution list. Members of the distribution list inform each other by email on what they have done. We need to maintain all these mails in a public folder archive.
I understand what you are saying about rules, but each member of the DL would need this rule on the Outlook Client.
Can Exchange not copy all mail from the DL to a public folder?

thanks.

well, if they're communicating with each other via the distribution list, then you really only need to set up the rule on one user's Outlook. Of course, that individual would need at least contributor permissions on the public folder. The rule would simply state "when an email arrives for this distribution list, make a copy to this public folder"....
