Copy from clipboard module, is this possible?

Hello all...I have a process in a database I'd like to automate if possible.

I have another program that I run. When the results are kicked back I copy it to my clipboard.

I then go into a database called reports_various. I open a table called unapplied_balance and delete all the records in that table before I paste the contents of my clipboard into this table.

Is there a module that can automate this? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
