copy file while using pn agent and published apps

I like the look of published apps on the desktop and the fact that the users can not access the desktop to get into trouble, however I have to copy a file from the client to the server, when they login. Using metaframe xp F3 SP3 all clients windows xp. With the published apps the client drives don't get mapped. Any ideas?

Well i didn't get an answer so I scripted an automatic ftp file transfer that when done also launches the desktop shortcut placed by pn agent. However I would like them to click on the .bat and not the access icon. Is there any way to automatically amke an icon hidden when it is deposited by PN agent?
