Copy And Rename at the Same time

Is there any way to copy the *.txt files with robocopy and rename them with .eml in just one command? What about if we have Japanese characters on the file names?

Not with robocopy.

You can do it with copy or xcopy ...
ie xcopy <sourcepath>\*.txt <destpath>\*.eml


Don't know about the Japanese characters, though.

Not possible with robocopy, here use the plain copy or xcopy...

and I am not sure if they are compatible with Japanese chars in the name...
