Cookies and Netscape

I have a cookie set on a home page that if it is found it redirects to another page. This works fine in IE, however, it doesn't work in NetScape 7. (Netscape 4 is fine too.) It writes the cookie, but does not read it.

I have the browser set to accept all cookies

Does any one have any suggestions?
