converts " into "

Don't know how this happened, but now any page I open in DW it converts some chars into ASCII format. LIke " becomes "

How can I disbale this? I've looked into prefrences and can't find that option.

Code Rewriting tab: Special Characters. Uncheck.

But changing these characters to & codes is a good thing.

I have DWMX (v6) and I don't see that option in the Code Rewriting tab.
