I would like to take several forms downloaded from an eGov web site and convert/merge into an Access database. In this way, I will be able to collect data from customer input screens into a database. Is there a way without having to build the individual tables for each form?

I think we need more info in order to help. You say, "Forms" -- are you simply highlighting the data and copying and pasting it or....?
The data will have to be in table form in an Excel spreadsheet for it to be imported into an Access table correctly.
