Converting To SQL

Currently Using Access 2003. The database is growing and our company is going to be around for a while. I know my Manager would appreciate the dependability of SQL better than just keeping our Data in access as it is buggy. Is it possible to convert the data to SQL but maintain Access as the User Interface for the Database. (I am very new to SQL but pretty seasoned access user) Any suggestions?
