converting report to pdf(other language like japanese)

Hi,
I have created a program in C# that would export the crystal report to pdf. English version works just fine. My problem is I don't know how to start from generating the report to exporting it with multilingual support.
Can somebody provide me with a step-by-step in generating this pdf file(multilingual support)?
Also, I don't have any idea of what versions of crystal report and pdf should I use to cater this problem.

Please somebody help. Thanks!
