Can I convert my InDesign documents, masters and pages to Quark, so that someone using Quark can open them?

Markzware has recently released an ID to XPress XTension. You can download a trial version on their site.

Be aware that there are a lot of InDesign features that don't convert to XPress and that you'll lose if you do the conversion. The download comes with a PDF that describes the limitations.

Here's another option...

I believe Adobe.com still offers a 30-day trial of InDesign that is fully functional. Give a copy of this trial to your 20th century Quark user. They can do what they want with your ID document and may get inspired to move up to ID.

You may also export PDFs that can be placed in Quark.

You can export you pages out as eps files as well that can be placed in Quark.
