Is there as easy way or automated way to convert my program written in Fox Pro to Visual Basic

Why would you want to do that! ;)

Actually, you'll find the hardest part (and the biggest reason not to) to be the fact that VFP has a built in data engine that is integrated with the VFP language, while VB doesn't.
