I have a Access Program that I developed which is very large. It contains about 55000 records currently. This database is only 6 months old and will grow to be very very large. About 20-30 different people access this database daily. within the next year there will be probally 50-75 people accessing it Daily. So far I have not ran into record locking problems at all. I know I should move this onto a SQL server. Currently we are running Novell not NT. I know SQL sits on NT and 2000 but I do not want to change from Novell to NT or 2000 server.

Can anyone give me some advice on how to handle this.
Can I setup a NT or 2000 server and have the users login to the database via ODBC?

any help I would appreciate.

Thank in Advance.
