I haven't used the tool, but I would be skeptical of any tool making those claims. Especially at $169. That's dirt cheap for what it should be able to do. As with most technology, you get what you pay for.
I'm sure there is a market for this type of tooling among small, non-technical companies with small amounts of data that require "forms over data" and simple CRUD. Anything beyond that would require human intervention to ensure the proper business needs are met. At which point automatic conversion would create more problems than it solved.
