Convert to owa.mail.domain from IP address 2

Currently our owa is accessible by following the

http://serverIPaddress/Exchange

link, but Id like to convert it to

http://owa.mail.domain

link. Where can I read up more on this? Thanks!

This is just a DNS issue. For this to work from the outside you need an MX record or host record. Typically the MX record already points to your external IP since you have mail being delivered there. If you don't have this setup, create the record in your public DNS (usually on your ISP's server)

If you are looking to do this INTERNALLY on the network, you can use the server's NetBIOS name instead of the IP address.
