Hi!

We have few reports developed in sql server 2000. Now we want to change to oracle, the table structures etc being the same . I tries doing it by logging off and log in to oracle and using set location selecting the table from scott. After verifying the database, I get a message database verified and again gives the dialog box to connect to sql server. If I cancel, no data is displayed in the preview window. How should I do? Pls give me the steps to do this.

Thanks

If you're simply trying to change your datasource between the two different database platforms, you just need to use Set Location and filter the change through the report(s) where subreports are included.

If you have subreports, go into them and ensure that they have their datasource successfully altered.
