Convert MS ASP.NET webcasts to AVI

hello,

How do I convert microsoft webcasts (.wmv format) from

http://www.microsoft.com/webcasts

to AVI or MPEG-2 format? I have tried several conversion programs, but they all do not work (Divx Converter, Nero etc.)

The reason is, I have Philips DIVx DVD player, so I could watch them on my TV set

Please advise. Thanks,

You'll have to find a converter that does work then!

Try looking on google, there appears to be lots of programs that claim to convert wmv to avi so I'm sure that at least one of them will work!
