Convert GMT to local time

Hello all,

I have numerous datetimes that are all stored in the database as GMT. I would like to convert these to local time with consideration given for daylight savings time and all that. Does anyone have this worked out already? Any suggestions?

There are UFL's, otherwise you can hardcode a formula if the reports aren't mobile.

BTW, most people refer to it as UTC now, not GMT, so when you're searching about, check for either.
