Convert from ONE-X Quick Edition to H.323

Has anyone tried converting the firmware of an Avaya 4621SW from a One-X Quick Edition to a H.323...

Yes, it can be done, however, its a one way operation. Once you do the conversion, you cannot go back. Just setup your DHCP Server's option #176, and setup a TFTP server to host the files, point the option $176 to the TFTP server...

G'day Mitch, thanks for the info... are you saying that I should put the usual H.323 files in my TFTP server.

Yes, put the 4600 IP phone firmware on the TFTP server, R2.90 is the most recent for the 4600 series IP phones.
