Convert Excel File

I have an Excel 2.0 speadsheet.
I need to convert it into a leter version so that I can import it into Access 2000.
Using VBA, within Access 2000, is there VBA code to do this?

Open it in Excel, and change the version number when doing File/Save As. Use the drop-down labelled Save As Type to choose what to save as.

I do not want to use Excel. I want to use VBA

Use Excel via Access VBA then. Same method.
