Is there a pressing reason to convert your dialog sheets? Excel is backward compatable to 95 and, at least my Excel 2002, supports Dialog sheets.
No, I know of no way to convert, short or reverse engineeting by hand and designing a UserForm with similar functions.

Hi sabascal
There is a tool called 'Dialog Converter' from Baarns.com. You can download the original version for Excel 97 from my site:
The file DlgConv.exe includes the converter tool (xla Add-In) and a ReadMe.doc with hints and known issues.
If you use Excel 2000 or later, download this zip-file:
It's the same converter Add-In, but contains some minor changes I made to make the Add-In work in other versions than Excel 97.
