convert DateTime value in UTC to local time

Does anyone know if there's a way to convert DateTime value in UTC to local time.

There is a shiftdatetime() function that you could read about in the Help section.

What is a valid time zone string value for UTC

I believe it is the same as GMT--just from googling this.
