Convert Date - Time Fields to Date

In Crystal Reports 8.5, one could select File | Report Options and elect to Convert Date-Time fields to Date fields. I cannot find where they moved this feature in Crystal Reports 9. Does anyone know, or was this option completely removed?

It was completely removed, along with the ability to shut of the automatic 'dumb' linking feature.
