Convert d8 sound file to Wav Format

Are you trying to do this in Coldfusiob? If not, you are in the wrong forum.
If so, then the only option I can think of is finding an app that allows command line params to be passed to it, then use Coldfusion to upload the file, pass the commands to the app and then return the file with Coldfusion.
As for what applications could do this, I have no idea.
