convert binary number to octal number

The format is:
=BIN2OCT(1001, 3) (which equals 011)
If you cannot access BIN2OCT, then there is an additional step you need to take. You had to Add-In the Analysis Toolpak (TOOLS->ADD-INS, then check the ANALYSIS TOOLPAK box).
Thats it.
