Convert AOL Personal Filing Cabinet to Windows Folders.

HI,

I want to move away from AOL. However, I have got approx 1000 emails stored in Hierarchical folders in the AOL personal Filing cabinet . I want to save these emails when I move to another provider. Any ideas on how to do this without going thru them all manually?
