I'm looking for a process to convert and edit .wav files from Verint to MP3 on a Windows 7 computer.
I've tried downloading various editing software and installing special codecs and importing raw .wav files but nothing seems to be working.
The company I am working with had a process to play and re-record the call with Verbatim software but it only works on Windows XP due to the "Stereo Mix" input option which eliminates background noises.
Any ideas are appreciated!
Thanks!
