Convert Access WORKDAY Function to T-SQL

Is there a function or a way to convert the WORKDAYS function in Access to T-SQL. This is what I have currently have in Access:

Days in Error: WORKDAYS([creation_date]],Date())

basically, I would like to find the number of days between the creation_date and the current date excluding holiday and weekend. Any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated.

you will have to work out the holidays. I have a table that records all the holidays in my corporation . I use it in my code.
