Convert Access 2000 to 97

Yes, in the Database window, select Tools, Database Utilities, then Convert Database, To Prior Access Database Version.
One caveat is, if you have used a feature that was introduced in Access 2000 that was not in Access 97, you may have to re-code that part of the application.
Otherwise, it converts it back to 97 pretty well.
