Conversion to NetCobol

Has anyone had experience with a conversion from Mainframe CICS environment to a Windows .Net Netcobol environment...including batch processing??

We want to eliminate our mainframe, which is currently supporting one application.

AFAIK, Micro Focus has good mainframe compatibility in their NetExpress for .NET product, but I haven't done any conversions from mainframes myself.
