Conversion error.

Hello

When I run conversion utility (proutil rr -C rr.db ) I got error like "Cannot find or open file rr.lk, error = 3. (43)
Where is the file coming from I have only rr.bi, rr.db, rr.ds, rr.lg, rr.pf

Sorry, command line is "proutil rr -C conv68"
