Conversion Error:4108

Our MTA is reporting Event 210 the main text of which is Conversion Error:4108. This started a few days ago and I've no idea why so does anyone else ?

Are you at Exchange SP3 or higher. Problem should be resolved if you are at this or a higher SP level.
