118 Converse cant RONA to VDN 742/9 1715 05/10/11:02 05/10/11:04 13

The event number 118 does not appear in the maintenance manuals for CM 3.1.2, so I'm totally confused as to what this _really_ means.

Step 9 in vector 742 is a "converse-on" step, but I don't understand why the switch wouldn't let a call RONA just because it's a converse-on step..

Can anyone shed any light?

The denial events guide says to refer to the ACD guide for events number 1-900... I checked the ACD guide and it actually skips - ending at 117 and starting again at 125!

When your IVR agents RONA, are they automatically logged out? Maybe if it's an auto-available split but agents are logged out due to RONA it's causing some kind of error?

Just a guess - I have no idea... let me know what you find out?

I know! This is the problem.. it's not actually anywhere in the CM documentation at all.

Yes, when the IVR agent RONA's it gets logged out.. but I want it to go to the VDN i specified, not back into the IVR huntgroup. Whenever this denial event pops up, the switch puts the call back into the IVR huntgroup until all the IVR agents are logged out.
