Conversation Recording - Per Use Basis

Hello,

Is there a way for my S8720 or Intuity Audix to allow a voice conversation to be recorded by pressing a pre-assigned button on a phone? Also, where is this audio file stored? Can it be moved or sent to another location for back up?

Quick and Easy:
You could put an audix-rec button on your phone. Pressing that will record the conversation into the end-users voicemail box.

If in the US - Ensure you're compliant with FCC regulations beforehand.

the length of the recording is limited to the maximum message length you have setup in the audix users COR as well, for most people its 20 minutes. Keep that in mind as well.

What is actually does is setup a conference with the two participants of the conversation and audix.

It takes a moment to setup, though - about 2-3 seconds...
