Ok folks, here I am again with my conversant questions.
On a Conversant v8, with ASAI feature pack installed, and a Definity PBX version 8:
When I get an IVR call, and that call went through several VDNs before gettting to the IVR, conversant seems to get only the first VDN as the DNIS and not the one that delivered the call.
I have VDN override set to Y on all VDNs. The ASAI is what is getting the DNIS and ANI.
I know in version 11, on the VDN page, I need to set the parameter called "VDN Override for ISDN Trunk ASAI Messages : Y" so that my CTI app gets the last VDN and not the first, but I can't find this option on version 8. I went through all the manuals and didn't find any references to something like this.
My last resort is to use the Converse On feature, but that makes it difficult for the IVR to transfer calls out to different VDNs at the end of the IVR session.
Any one have any clues?
