Controlling Who Sends Email to the All Staff Account 1

Hello,

I currently have an all staff email account setup (staff@domain.com). This is supposed to be used by officers and HR for company wide notifications. Lately people have been using it to forward news articles, pharmacy warnings and a bunch of other (junk) non-business material. Is there a way that i can control which ADUC users are able to send email to staff@domain.com?

Look on the security tab of the DL, to see who has the SEND TO right.

im using exch 2003 ent. I dont see a security tab. Help!
