Controlling page setup in popup-window

I have a link that opens a new window.. The link controls how the window looks, I.E. no toolbar, etc. Is there any way in the link or even on the page itself, to control the page setup options in Internet Explorer??

For instance.. I want to change the page to landscape and also want to remove the footer that has the link address when printing..

Any ideas???
