Controller card shows D 0 ! 5 instead of C 0 0 5 like it should.

We have a CS1000M with a fairly up-to-date software package, in other words, it's not TOO ancient. I think all the phones connected to the shelf are working, so does anybody know why the error message on the card?

Bad display on the card? I don't think that's a normal code...

You could try disabling and reseating the controller...

I thought maybe the midnight routines would take care of the error, but apparently they didn't. I guess you're right; it's probably just a display error on the card itself. I'll disable the shelf and reseat the card and update this thread. I hate to fix what ain't broke or causing problems, though. Thanks for your input, 30n30w, and have a terrific day!

I would have a spare just in case when you disable it does not want to come back up.

I finally replaced the controller card with a known good one. It's now displaying just what it should, just in case anybody wondered. Thanks for all the valuable input.
