control the syslog size and log rotate

Hi,

I am using Sun solaris 9, how can I modify the syslog size and perform log rotation, e.g. when the size over the limit, it can move to xxxlog.1 xxxlog.2,etc

I have found "logrotate" in linux, but i cannot find in Solaris 9. Please help.
