control the caps lock key

Is there a way to set CAPS LOCK on when a form is opened, and set it off when the form is closed? I want all user input to be in uppercase.

I am not sure about the Caps Lock being set. However, you can force the data entry to upper case by placing the greater than symbol in the Format property for each text box.
