My access to my Control Panel has disappeared from 'My Computer' and from Start\settings\control panel. Is there a command that I can input to 'run' it or is there another way to locate my control panel?

Control Panel

Howdy,
Right-click the 'Start' button
Choose 'Properties'
Click 'Customise'
Click the 'Advanced' tab
Under 'Start-Menu' items, the first item :
Make sure for 'Control Panel' one of the first 2
boxes are ticked, whichever you prefer

PS. Another way into Control Panel is by clicking 'Start' -> Run and typing 'control'
