In the Display Properties dialogue box in Windows, if you follow this path, you can specify the font sizes for your system. Settings -> Advanced -> General

This overrides any font settings for CSS, and can royaly muck up a page. Does anyone know of a way to either turn this of on a webpage, or otherwise control it with client side scripting? I know some people would argue that this would exclude people that specify these font sizes because they are partialy blind, however the site I'm designing will not have any visually challenged clients.
