control of DNS scavenging for records

I am looking to find a way of setting the scavenging and aging properties for a specified resource record by using a command line. DNSCMD /AGEALLRECORDS will work for the zone, but I want to be able to set this property for individual records.

Any one have any ideas if and how this can be done?
