control m

i understand control m is supposed to minimize all windows,
it doesnt on the two win98 systems ive tried it on.

1...is this common? can i 'turn it back on'?

2...is there a list of keyboard commands like this anywhere?

It's not the Ctrl key, Hold down the "Windows Key" between Control and Alt. and hit M.
