control flash movie from html page

Hi there...

Does anybody know how to tell a Flash movie to go to a particular frame or label just by opening an HTML page?

Reason being, a Flash navigation movie (running on the page)would go to the part of the movie that represents the HTML page, such as a highlight, or animation etc. So in other words, when the link was clicked in the Flash movie, the HTML page would open and call for the Flash movie, only opened at that place in the movie.
