Control Charts in Access 2007?

A statistical analysis tool - some are called XmR charts, others are n, p, or u charts. Basically they are run charts with upper and lower control limits.
I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but you can programmatically define upper and lower bounds of the y-axis on a scatter chart like this:
Cogito eggo sum – I think, therefore I am a waffle.
