I've experienced this problem for months and my IT tech to too busy to respond. I upgraded a driver on my wirless NIC (USR 5014) now I have to manually enter the DNS server info into my IP properties to get Outlook to connect to the exchange server. Now any other card works fine, and the wireless card worked fine on the old driver. Now that I have reinstalled the old driver, the problem still exists. It also exists when I'm in the office as well. Why won't the DNS info pass to my NIC???? Please help. This has happened to me out of the blue before and the only way to fix it was to reinstall windows. I reinstalled it 4 times due to this problem. Reinstallation of the vpn client v4.65 doesn't fix the problem either.
